Much like there are certain hop varietals that are intrinsically interwoven throughout the history of this humble little brewery, from those halcyon two-man setup Loka Polly days of 2018 to present day fourteen-strong Polly’s, our musical tastes whilst branching off here and there, have always found their way back in some manner to dance punk pioneers LCD Soundsystem. Wanting to embrace our love of these two common threads through the brewery, we’ve brought Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado – the very lifeblood of the brewery from humble beginnings to not – to the party on this extra pale ale. Brewed with an eye on a more crowd-pleasing strength, but with all those incredible fruit-forward flavours that have defined us as a brewery over the last five years.
