From the highly anticipated Q2 release by Woody Tan aka Woodrow’s of Edinburgh! Single Cask, this was matured in a First Fill bourbon Hogshead. One for the purists, and excellent cask of Old Pulteney showing layered coastal saline salted caramel and orchard fruit.
Bottles at natural cask strength, unchillfiltered.
Nose: Fudge, honey, orchard fruits and accompanied by a slightly floral note. On the palate, salted caramel, lemon, white chocolate and vanilla.
Finish: Creamy and fresh finish with a touch of oak spice
