Description
Complex and nutty on the nose. There is a lovely oxidative play. On the palate it’s warm and comforting with great balance of fruits and a clean, chalky finish, which also brings some creamy brioche notes.
Remy has taken over his family maison and injected a new and vibrant lease of life to these already lovely wines. Based in the village of Passy-sur-Marne he now makes two distinct styles. His Non Vintage cuvée, which is a playful and fruity wine that flirts nicely with oxidation and his single variety wines, which are oak vinified, serious and deep. They are all gorgeous with a sensational level of fruit and texture.
