Description
Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique offers up aromas of roasted chestnuts, dark, dried fruits and smoked malt. The first sip reveals an intense, sweet and malty brew, with a dry finish.
