Scapa 16 Year Old is the flagship expression of the distillery’s single malt collection, crafted overlooking the historic Scapa Flow on Orkney. Matured in ex-American oak casks and bottled at 48% ABV, it combines the island’s signature spirit with the richness of oak. The nose reveals juicy mango, luxurious leather, vanilla cream and clementine peel, while the palate is silky and creamy with spiced apple pie, vanilla fudge, smooth oak and baked pineapple with mulled spices. The finish is complex, fruity and gently spiced, showcasing the elegance of Scapa’s distinctive style.
