Austrian sparkling wine from Loidesthal, Niederösterreich
Complex scent of brioche and pear. Explosive voluminous impressions, persistent perlage and an elegant acidity full of salty freshness provides a lively entry on the palate. Very dense and compact, hints of ripe green apples and a rich and finely strucure; pure and straight with a lingering, refreshing finish.
Made up of 90% Chardonnay & 10% Weissburgunder grown over chalky loam soils. Following bottling it spends 20 months on lees ot add depth and complexity.
