The Schönramer Weißbier impresses thanks to a classic old Bavarian brewing process . A special feature of the production of our wheat beer is the bottle and barrel fermentation. Like all Schönramer beers, this beer is not filtered and contains living yeast.As soon as you drink it, tangy recency and velvety full-bodiedness flatter the palate. Hints of clove, mace, orange marmalade and banana can be found both in the aroma and in the taste.
