Description

Seidear is crafted from old apple varieties grown and hand picked in the walled gardens of the Northeast of Scotland, from Haddo, Cluny, Gordon’s, Fraser, Ellon, Forbes, Craigievar, and Falkland. Our ciders are first keeved, which is an ancient method used in Normandy to naturally clarify the cider and lock in the fruitiness. The flavour is rounded through fermentation in the bottle using Méthode Champenoise. Our seideary is located at Kingcausie Estate near Aberdeen.

Apples handpicked from walled gardens in Aberdeenshire. Skin- contact maceration for a few days, then the juice is keeved and bottled champagne method. Notes of green apple skins with a delicious fresh acidity.

Hugely drinkable, a perfect lower-abv sparkling wine alternative.
