Vibrant Beaujolais Nouveau from Sylvere Trichard. Made on his family’s 4 hectares of biodynamically-farmed Gamay vines situated in Blacé, a small village in Beaujolais.
Fruit is carefully handpicked, fermented with carbonic masceration and wild yeast for a fruit forward, aromatic, natural light expression of Beaujolais.
We are selling these pre-order before Thursday 20th November but they are strictly for consumption from Thursday 20th 12:01am onwards (as is French law) so they will only be available:
Collection from Cork & Cask – Thursday 20th onwards – we open at 10am.
Delivery UK Wide – From Thursday 20th/Friday 21st by courier.
Delivery in Edinburgh (within the bypass) – From Friday 21st by our delivery driver, Sandy.
