Description
Hand-harvested Gamay from a parcel of grapes grown over solid granite. This is soft, supple and layered Beaujolais. Wanting more distinction between the cuvees, this had a two-week day whole bunch maceration with fairly regular pump overs, part aged in concrete, part aged in tonneaux. Bottled Summer 2023, unfined and unfiltered.
No sulphur was added throughout the winemaking process.
