Description
A delcious new fruit forward springtime Gamay from Sylvere & Mathilde Trichard in Beaujolais. Now farming 7 hectares of their own, for Printemps, Sylvère & Mathilde used fruit from the negocé parcels that they tend to themselves using organic principles – 1 parcel is close to home in Blacé, and 2 further into southern Beaujolais.
All the Gamay had 15 days of carbonic maceration in concrete before ageing for 6 months in the same.
Perfect light red for sipping with friends and picnics, very smooth, light and packed with bright red berry fruit.
