Lemon, oyster shell and yellow plum lead the aromatics on this great, mineral driven wine. Theres a saline purity to the palate and pleasant weight that leans towards oily pine nut before finishing crisp with more mineral acidity.
For Etna Carricante this really falls into the good value category and is a great starting point in exploring these exceptional volcanic soil driven wines.
Excellent partner to sundried tomatoes mozzarella, stuffed peppers or stuffed vine leaves.
