Gos Com Fux is a fresh and full flavoured natural Pet-nat cider from Catalonia, Spain. It is fruity, crunchy and earthy. For us, the perfect choice if you want a special drink during an evening with your friends. Pink lady apples are macerated during 2 weeks with battonage method and the others are direct pressed. Then, they ferment all together with their wild yeasts. Bottled and disgorged by hand. No additions.
