Description
A flavoursome light Pale Ale brewed with Maris Otter and Munich malt, whole cone Centennial and Celeia hops in the boil and dry hopped with Simcoe.
Pale straw in colour with white foam, the aroma offers floral citrus fruit as Euro-hop complexity meets friendly, easy drinking new world flavour. Grapefruit pith and fresh grass lead the tasting notes with delicate sherbert and herbal pine rounding out and adding depth. The finish is dry and crisp with low-medium bitterness and soft but brisk carbonation supplying a welcome light tingle. Loads of character and a satisfyingly full body that drinks like a bigger beer than the modest ABV would suggest.
