The Honey Tripel we brewed towards the end of last year was a roaring success so the idea of a more sessionable version was too tempting to resist, and what could more appropriate for Easter and springtime than a light, crisp, golden Abbey-style lawnmower beer? Here we have a 5% blonde ale that packs a tasty Belgian ester profile punch, augmented with apricot-citrus notes from Ernest hops, and finishes crisp and dry with moderate bitterness. Who’s not gonna wanna sink a few of those over the bank holiday!
