Description
It’s our take on the classic style, brewed with 100% Chevalier heritage barley malt and a heavy dose of East Kent Goldings. Honey sweetness provides the backbone – an overnight mash delivers deep and intense honey notes from the malt right into the heart of the beer and EKG adds complimentary floral, spicy sweetness along with an assertive bitterness. Dry hopping with English Archer provides further complexity in the form of a fresh apple tang. It’s our version of the mother of all IPAs!
