Description
Taking a classic Weissebier with its potent banana-clove esters and turbo-boosting it with intense fruity hops, it has all the deliciousness of an IPA but with an extra layer of complexity. The subtle spice notes from the fermentation sit nicely in the mix, quietly enhancing drinkability and generally making it more interesting. For this year’s release we’ve upped the ABV to 6.0% and gone bigger on the dry hops and I think the result is even better than last year’s version. Big, juicy fruit flavours with just the right amount of earthy spice and a touch of bitterness for balance. Another belter from STF x Glasladies!
