Description
A 5% IPA brewed with whole cone Chinook hops in the kettle and dry hopped generously with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. This beer is all about the hops, with fresh, punchy aromas of tropical fruit bursting from the glass, along with a blend of crisp white wine and subtle pine notes. We added both malted and flaked oats so there’s a creamy sweetness on the palate, which works with the natural carbonation and soft water profile to create a smooth and rounded mouthfeel, underpinning and balancing the powerful hop flavours. An assertive bitterness develops and lingers, bringing you back for another sip. It’s an IPA, after all.
