Description
Barrel aged Old Ale, brewed with Sunken Knave, it’s an Old Ale brewed with heritage barley and Ernest hops, which we then matured in wood for a few months with a mixed culture before packaging into bottle.
The result is an exceptional beer that’s a worthy addition to our Wild Style range – a rich honey and caramel foundation is balanced with funky red berry fruit and balsamic notes; slightly tart, but smooth and well rounded. Big autumnal, Belgian Grand Cru vibes here (Rodenbach).
