Description
Brewed in collaboration with our fellow Glaswegians Shilling Brewing Co., this strong lager of German origin combines the satisfying complexity of a Bock with the lighter, refreshing qualities of a Helles. Pale amber in colour, there’s no mistaking the hallmark fresh baked/lightly toasted bread aroma, along with berry fruit and hints of floral and very light peppery spice. Full bodied but not boozy; rich and rewarding but soft and smooth with gentle, rounded bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.
