Description
A light, crisp, clean Saison with loads of punchy tropical aroma courtesy of a Sabro dry hop; Saaz and Celeia in the boil bring big waves of lovely sherbet-lemon citrus too, all over a solid extra pale malt foundation. We keep the fermentation relatively light-touch on this one with a restrained ester and black pepper character. This really is a cracker that’s absolutely perfect for summer; if there’s a beer that’s a better pairing for grilled chicken straight from the barbecue, I’d like to try it!
