A single cask of 10 year old single malt from Speyside legends, Dailuaine, finished for more than 11 months in European oak Oloroso sherry hogsheads. Selected and released by James Eadie Ltd
Nose:
Fruity aromas of stewed plums and rhubarb with dark chocolate, raisins, cardamom and
cinnamon, and a touch of old leather.
Palate:
Soft and velvety mouthfeel, beginning with juicy plums, nectarines and melted almond butter, with
umami notes of cinnamon, clove and brandy snaps
Finish:
Rich dark chocolate pudding with a touch of chili,
cardamom and star anise
