Fruit forward liquid from Mr Smith’s Speyside powerhouse (1824), from 2 x refill barrels, the turn out here was 540 bottles.
Nose: Confit pears, apple crisps, jelly babies, birch sap, wheat beer, orange bitters, tinned fruit salad juice
Palate: Lots of crisp fresh autumn fruits; apple, pear, damson, plum. Pineapple, agave syrup, lemon zest, empire biscuit & floral honey Finish: Charred oak, custard creams, damson skin, cooked apple sauce, soft tannin
