Description
Stunning sweet wine. 5 years of bottle age in the winery’s cellar led to some beautifully integrated development in the wine. Stone fruits and lime zest with the start of more tropical notes. Finishes with an incredible hit of acidity on the finish. A particularly good vintage for sweet wines in the Mosel.
From grey slate soils, the mineral backbone is very much present here.
Will pair beautifully with all desserts and all cheese.
