Description
This Belgian Quadrupel has been resting in ex-Bourbon hogsheads for four months. The beer has warming charcoal and nutty flavours with sweet toffee and phenolic notes from the Belgian yeast. It finishes clean and dry and is rounded out with sweet vanilla notes imparted from the Quercus alba oak.
