Description
A sweet wine that invites you drink more and more. A mix of Tokaji grapes Harslevelu and Furmint, an absolutely glorious blend of peach and elderflower.
After picking the bunches are de-stemmed and pressed with a pneumatic press. Then, the juice gets fermented and aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 20 months. As 2021 was slightly cooler in Tokaj, the wine shows a little more elegance and acidity, balancing the sweetness perfectly. Biodynamically farmed.
