Nose: Caramel, orange zest, crisp apple and mango, with a wisp of tobacco.
Palate: Oily and rich, with toffee pennies, poached pear, mango, sultanas, hazelnuts and earthy undertones.
Finish: Long and spiced, with white pepper, star anise and candied ginger.
