Spiced apple sauce, a creamy mouthfeel, oily weight and fine oak tannins. This shows lots of orchard fruit and light honey. Concentrated with light oak spice.
Spirit distilled at Benrinnes distillery on the 29th of August 2011, matured for 11 years, selected and finished by James Eadie for 17 months in a first-fill European oak Malaga sweet wine Hogshead.
