Cherry bomb is made with a mix of morello, nalina, valenska and johanna cherries from either end of the sweet spectrum and brewed with our house-sour yeast blend to add plenty of zip and lactic funk to those deeper, rich kirsch notes. delivering equal parts sharp acidity and sweet juiciness… I think we might just have dropped the fruit sour.
