Description
A coastal and fruit-forward blended malt. Five single malts married together in a Saint Émilion wine barrique.
Blair Athol, Bunnahabhain, Ledaig, Tomintoul and Tamnavulin.
The nose is nutty and fruit-forward, with notes of yellow plum, red apple, vanilla pod, biscuits, dried red berries and a touch of earth.
The palate is bright and textured. Dried redcurrant, soft oak tannins and orchard fruits sit alongside toasted oak, a little clove spice and coastal saltiness tying it all together.
The finish is balanced and gently drying, with a touch of fruit, smoke and malt lingering.
Distinctive, playful and made for sharing.
