Description
Tinazzi is a progressive and sustainable winery specialising in Puglian varieties. Primitivo grapes were picked from selected vineyards around Apulia, pressed and destemmed before being fermented on the skins for 10 days at 26 degrees.
Full and plump with notes of red fruits; plum and morello cherry, leading into hints of sweet spices.
Great with beef, venison & cheese.
