Intense fragrances of succulent red berry-fruit and dark cherry, with notes of black pepper. From old vines of Sangiovese aged for 6 months in old oak giving a great example of deep Emilia Romagna Sangiovese.
Great with roasted or grilled meats as it has the acisity to cut through & the structure & flavour complexity to compliment perfectly.
