Description
The first beer brewed and packaged in my new brewery in Strathaven, and the first pale ale I’ve ever released! Brewed with citra and mosaic hops, and fermented in a yeast isolated from a Norwegian farmhouse (Kveik) culture – fermented cooler than usual for a subtle ester character which allows the hops to sing! Expect mango, pineapple, passionfruit, lemon, lime and grapefruit. Named after the Common Green (town centre) in Strathaven, but also using two of the most commonly used hops in this style, which are green – tenuous, but it’ll do.
