Description
This modern take on a traditional Lichtenhainer is an evolution of our mixed fermentation golden sour ale, now brewed with beech-smoked malt, smoked salt and lemon salt, then conditioned on fresh Scottish fruit, juicy honeyberries and tart tayberries. The result is a vibrant balance of tangy, fruit-forward flavour, subtle smokiness and lactic sharpness. Brewed in collaboration with Mikkeller to mark their 20th anniversary.
