A fresh summer drinking Orange Wine. Farmed organically with some biodynamic principles. Grapes are rested on skins for 3 weeks to add texture and colour, then then pressed and transferred to separate tinajas (clay amphora) where it rests on its lees for 10 months.
Notes of honey, dried fruit, tangerine peel, herbal even and with good body.
Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, minimal additional sulphites
