Sparkling rhubarb sour brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and wheat, fermented with our house ‘lowland’ mixed culture and lightly soured with lactobacillus. Matured on 40kg of fresh Yorkshire forced rhubarb Off dry, sharp, sparkly, fruity.
