A single variety cider blending Kingston Black from four different orchards, fermented slowly in stainless steel and racked in the winter to retain natural sweetness (Rural Method).
Expect classic Kingston Black aromas of apple strudel, toffee apple and orchard floor. This cider is naturally medium sweet with fruity acidity and well balanced tannins. Drink with ripe cheeses or apple puddings. This will be popular so probably won’t be available for very long.
