Description
Muscat from this terroir is truly special. A very typically floral nose deceives — the palate is anything but. Hints of the aromatic grape linger, but this is actually the most saline and savoury wine of all.
The Lindenlaub family have been making wine in northern Alsace for 250 years, with Christophe the latest generation to take the reins. He converted all their vineyards to organic in 2009 and since 2012 has been pursuing a natural style of winemaking with zero additions. Christophe, much like his wines, is bursting with energy, and it’s no surprise this family domaine is now one of the most talked about of the region.
