Description
Aelder is produced in Edinburgh by Rupert Waites and Tom Chrisholm of Buck & Birch. They use foraged botanicals and wild elderberries to make a delicious liqueur that work as a Port alternative after dinner, mixed into cocktails or poured into sparkling wine. It’s great over ice cream too if you’re feeling adventurous!
