After a nice full flavoured palate, oily, complex and of a good length.
Masters of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc producing wines with rare finesse, pure expressions of their terroir. Without the use of any chemical products and with close attention to biodynamic practice, Béatrice and Pascal have been working the 16 hectares of vines situated between Chinon and the village of Cravant-les-coteaux since 1987.
The winery has been practising organic farming for over 20 years, and was certified Biodynamique (Biodyvin) in 2012. No chemical synthesis products are used to produce their wines.
These natural methods practiced on the vines and in the cellar, accentuate the pureness of their terroir and allow them to create wines with profound personality.
