6.5% Mosaic/Sabro Seaweed Red IPA, brewed in collaboration with SeaGrown of Scarborough – the UK’s first large scale seaweed farm. Seaweed is a feature of nearly every beer, as a variety of seaweed is added to the kettle/copper to help with the clarification process. In this beer we’re using sugar kelp as a flavour profile, to add some umami and North Sea characteristics into a robust hoppy Red IPA – an IPA style that really benefits from a strong malty backbone.
