A unique and exciting twist on the famous Prosecco variety Glera. This is made in the region but classified as ‘glera frizzante’ instead. It’s made in a style known as col fondo which means the yeast from the second fermentation are left in the bottle, this gives it a naturally cloudy appearence, slight texture addition and some pastry and buscuity notes. It’s super easy drinking and carries lot’s of crisp green apple, lemon and floral aromatics. Charming, unique and lot’s of fun to drink.
