Made from organic grapes purchased on the terroir of Gorges, one of the most beautiful terroirs of Muscadet. No added sulphites and unfiltered. Grown on Gabbro soil. Direct pneumatic pressing, native yeasts, not filtered, fermented and aged in an underground glass tank.
