Crossbill 100% Highland Juniper is a premium Scottish gin made with just two fresh botanicals: Scottish Juniper and Rosehip, hand-picked from the Highlands. Launched in 2013, it is distilled in small batches at the Barras in Glasgow’s East End using a copper pot bain-marie. Best served over ice with a light tonic and orange zest, this gin offers a refined, bold flavour that captures the freshness of the Highlands.
