Description
Made from our organic Pinot Noir from the Redmoors vineyard, planted in 2016. It is a light red wine with typical varietal aromas of the grape variety, soft balance, complex with red berry fruit and great length of flavour. A whole berry ferment with 50% whole bunches included, aged in large oak vats for 9 months and then has a further 12 months maturing in the bottle.
