Description
Blend of Fife seedling apples and cider apples (Yarlington Mill, Tremletts Bitter, Tom Putt and Camelot) grown in both Scotland and England. Clean, bright acidity from the seedling apples is tempered by the darker colour and bigger, richer tannins from the cider apples. This is bone dry compared to the WIld Blend, a little more layered with more of those richer low notes that cider apples can bring. We’re still talking clean, bright stone-fruit that typify Robbie’s cider, but with some layers of spice and a chunk more tannin for a more rounded drink. Full juice and wild fermented.
