A non-alcoholic Grapefruit Liqueuer made utilising the shrub technqiue. This involves the maceration of botanicals in a white wine vinegar solution which helps to draw out their aromatic intensity, and also supports the use of less sugar than a normal liqueuer in this lovely non-alcoholic alternative.
This liqueuer can really elevate your non-alcoholic cocktails! Try it in an NA Paloma, perhaps.
