A non-alcoholic Pineapple Liqueuer made utilising the shrub technqiue. This involves the maceration of botanicals in a white wine vinegar solution which helps to draw out their aromatic intensity, and also supports the use of less sugar than a normal liqueuer in this lovely non-alcoholic alternative.
