A wine that really comes into its own on the palate with lightly creamy texture that reminds us of buttered toast and just overripe pear. On the nose it’s shy with some green apple, also pear and a little pepper but the mouthfeel and palate flavours are where it shines.
A beautiful wine that opens over time and keeps you coming back.
