Grapes stem from the Rosenberg site, an east-facing slope of the Leithaberg (Leitha Mountains) that is dominated by mica schist.
Bottled with conscientious handcraft and great care throughout the entire life cycle. Biodynamic cultivation of the vineyards according to the Respect guidelines. Hand-picked in mid-September, direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation, bottled after three weeks in steel tanks, disgorgement beginning in March 2022.
